This Order may be cited as the Censorship of Films (Fees) Order, 1983. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 2nd day of May, 1983. 3. In this Order "the Act" means the Censorship of Films Act, 1923 (No. 23 of 1923). 4. The fees to be charged under section 11(1) of the Act shall be the fees set out in the Schedule to this Order. 5. Where a fee calculated under the Schedule to this Order includes a fraction of 10p, the fraction shall not be charged in case it is less than 5p, and in case it is 5p or more, the fee shall be rounded up to the next 10p. 6. The Censorship of Films (Fees) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 120 of 1980 ), is hereby revoked. 1. (a) In the case of a film which, in the opinion of the Official Censor, is of an educational nature (b) In the case of a film which, in the opinion of the Official Censor, is in any of the following categories, namely, "topical", "travel", or "interest": per foot of film (c) In the case of any other film which, in the opinion of the Official Censor, is not in any of the categories specified in (a) or (b) above: per foot of film 2.
