These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (Retirement of Prison Officers) Regulations 2024. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 19 August 2024. 3. An officer to whom the Act of 1919 applies shall retire on attaining the age of sixty-two years.
