AN ACT TO GIVE PRIORITY TO CERTAIN CHARGES ON LAND REGISTERED UNDER THE LOCAL REGISTRATION OF TITLE (IRELAND) ACT, 1891, IN FAVOUR OF THE AGRICULTURAL CREDIT CORPORATION, LIMITED, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONS HAVING EQUITABLE INTERESTS IN SUCH LAND AGAINST LOSS BY REASON OF THE GIVING OF SUCH PRIORITY.
