I, JOHN BRUTON, Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (10) of the Casual Trading Act, 1980 (No. 43 of 1980), and the Trade, Commerce and Tourism (Alternation of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 384 of 1983 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Casual Trading Act, 1980 (Licences Fees) Regulations, 1984. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 7th day of January, 1985. 3. Section 4 of the Casual Trading Act, 1980 (No. 43 of 1980), is hereby amended— ) by the substitution of "£175" for "£100" in subsection (1), and ) by the substitution of "£20" for "£5" in subsection (8).
