I, PADDY O'TOOLE, Minister for Fisheries and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 8 24 of the Wildlife Act, 1976 (No. 39 of 1976), as adapted by the Fisheries (alteration of name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 195 of 1978 ), hereby order as follows: 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) (Amendment) Order, 1984. (2) The Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Orders 1979 to 1982, and this Order may be cited together as the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Orders, 1979 to 1984. 2. In this Order "the Principal Order" means the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Order, 1979 ( S.I. No. 192 of 1979 ). 3. The First Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the entry in Part I: Wild Birds Open Season Red Grouse From the 1st day of September in any year to the 30th day of September in the same year, both dates inclusive. From the 1st day of September in any year to the 31st day of January in the following year, both dates inclusive. Tufted Duck Golden Plover Jack Snipe Grey Partridge Red-legged Partridge From the 1st day of November in any year to the 15th day of November in the same year, both dates inclusive. Cock Pheasant From the 1st day of November in any year to the 31st day of January in the following year, both dates inclusive. 4. Part I of the Second Schedule to the Principal Order, as amended by the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) (Amendment) Order, 1980 ( S.I.
