S.I. No. 85/1933 - Vocational Education (Gaeltacht) Order, 1933. STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS, 1933. No. 85. VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (GAELTACHT) ORDER, 1933. WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (4) of Section 103 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), that the Minister for Education may, by Order made under the said sub-section, declare that any particular portion or portions of Saorstát Eireann specified in such order shall form part of the Gaeltacht, and whenever any such Order is made the portion or portions of Saorstát Eireann to which such Order relates shall be deemed for the purposes of the said Section but no further or otherwise to form part of the Gaeltacht ; NOW I, TOMAS O DEIRG, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (4) of Section 103 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 , (No. 29 of 1930) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Vocational Education (Gaeltacht) Order, 1933. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. It is hereby declared that the several areas specified in the Schedule to this Order shall form part of the Gaeltacht. Given under my Seal of Office this 19th day of May, 1933.
