The Government, on the request of the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science) Order 2023. 2. Sarah Bardon, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with effect from 17 December 2022.
