The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and in the exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Justice) Order 2024. 2. Patrick Cluskey, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, with effect from 9 April 2024. 3. Caroline Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, for the period from 9 April 2024 to 26 April 2024. 4. Cliona Doyle, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, with effect from 29 April 2024.
