I, NIAMH SMYTH, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 74(1) of the Industrial and Provident Society Act 1893 ((56 & 57 Vict.) c. 39) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 172 of 2025 )) and the Enterprise, Tourism and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 241 of 2025 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial and Provident Societies (Forms) Regulations 2025. 2. In these Regulations, “Regulations of 2018” means the Industrial and Provident Societies (Forms) Regulations 2018 ( S.I. No. 363 of 2018 ). 3. Regulation 8 of the Regulations of 2018 is amended by the deletion of “, and by the further sum requisite for publication of such cancelling in Iris Oifigiúil”. 4. Regulation 38 of the Regulations of 2018 is amended by the deletion of “, and by the further sum requisite for the like publication in Iris Oifigiúil”. 5. The form (Form F) set out in Part 1 of the Schedule is substituted for the form (Form F) annexed to the Regulations of 2018. 6. The form (Form J) set out in Part 2 of the Schedule is substituted for the form (Form J) annexed to the Regulations of 2018. 7. The form (Form M) set out in Part 3 of the Schedule is substituted for the form (Form M) annexed to the Regulations of 2018. 8. The form (Form AH) set out in Part 4 of the Schedule is substituted for the form (Form AH) annexed to the Regulations of 2018.
