The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023. 2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment conferred on him - (a) by or under the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule, (b) by or under the provision of the enactment specified in Part 2 of the Schedule, and (c) under the Regulations specified in Part 3 of the Schedule, are delegated to Dara Calleary, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
