I, DARA CALLEARY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (No. 48 of 2021) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 15 of 2023 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (Section 35) (Commencement) Order 2023. 2. The 11th day of June 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 35 of the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (No. 48 of 2021) shall come into operation.
