I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Water Services Act 2007 (No. 30 of 2007) (as adapted by the Housing, Planning and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 408 of 2020 )) hereby order as follows: 1. This order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2024. 2. In this Order “Act of 2007” means the Water Services Act 2007 (No. 30 of 2007). 3. The 29 day of March 2024 is fixed as the day on which subsections (8) to (13) and (15) to (17), in so far as they refer to a notice under subsection (13) of section 43 of the Act of 2007, of section 92 of the Act of 2007 come into operation.
