In the exercise of the powers conferred on the Central Bank of Ireland (the “Bank”) by section 32D of the Central Bank Act 1942 (No. 22 of 1942), and having regard to section 5 (3) of the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005 (No. 12 of 2005) and section 45 (3) of the Investment Limited Partnerships Act 1994 (No. 24 of 1994) and Regulation 31A(3) of the European Union (Anti-Money Laundering: Beneficial Ownership of Corporate Entities) Regulations 2019 [ S.I. No. 110 of 2019 ] as inserted by regulation 5(d) of the European Union (Modifications of Statutory Instrument No. 110 of 2019) (Registration of Beneficial Ownership of Certain Financial Vehicles) Regulations 2020 [ S.I. No. 233 of 2020 ], the Central Bank Commission, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following regulations: 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Central Bank Act 1942 (Section 32D) (Certain Financial Vehicles Dedicated Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. (2) These Regulations come into operation on 8 July 2024. 2. In these Regulations “Principal Regulations” means the Central Bank Act 1942 (Section 32D) (Certain Financial Vehicles Dedicated Levy) Regulations 2021 ( S.I. No. 335 of 2021 ). 3.
