The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2024. 2. Paul Melia, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Hildegarde Naughton, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, with effect from 9 April 2024. 3. Denise Duffy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Hildegarde Naughton, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, with effect from 9 April 2024.
