The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation) Order 2025. 2. Sam Griffin, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, with effect from 23 January 2025. 3. Shane Smyth, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, with effect from 23 January 2025.
