The Government, on the request of the Minister for Social Protection and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) Order 2024. 2. Pauric McPhillips, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Social Protection, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Social Protection, with effect from 9 April 2024.
