I, DARA CALLEARY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (2) of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 15 of 2023 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2023. 2. The 4th day of September 2023 is appointed as the day on which paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 3 of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022) come into operation.
