The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 11 of the Waterford City Management Act, 1939 (no. 25 of 1939), hereby directs and orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Waterford City Management (Reserved Functions) Order, 1985. 2. This Order shall come into effect on the 1st day of January, 1986. 3. The power of Waterford County Borough Corporation to make charges for services provided in respect of domestic premises by virtue of section 2 of the Local Government (Financial Provisions) (no. 2) Act, 1983 (No. 21 of 1983) shall be exercisable and performable by the Waterford City Council. 4. The power of Waterford County Borough Corporation to make charges for water supplied for domestic purposes by virtue of section 65A of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878 (inserted by section 7 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 (no. 26 of 1962)), as amended by section 8 of the Local Government (Financial Provisions) (no. 2) Act, 1983 (no. 21 of 1983) shall be exercisable and performable directly by the Waterford City Council. 5.
