I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (No. 5 of 2023), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023. 2. The 19th day of April 2023 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1, 3 (other than section 10 , 6 and 7 of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 of 2023) shall come into operation.
