I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Córas Iompair Éireann) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1986. 2. The 1st day of September, 1986, is in relation to the election to be held in 1986 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Córas Iompair Éireann, hereby fixed as the nomination day. These Regulations appoint 1st September, 1986, as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in Córas Iompair Éireann shall be received by the returning officer.
