I, JOHN BRUTON, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 of the Farm Tax Act, 1985 (No. 17 of 1985), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Farm Tax (Fees) Regulations, 1986. 2. The fee payable to the Farm Tax Commissioner in respect of appeals under section 6 of the Farm Tax Act, 1985 , and applications under section 7 of that Act shall be £70. These regulations provide that a fee of £70 shall be payable to the Farm Tax Commissioner in respect of appeals and applications for revision on foot of assessments made under the Farm Tax Act, 1985
