The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and in the exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Justice) (No. 2) Order 2024. 2. Matthew Fenlon, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister of State at the Department of Justice, with effect from 10 April 2024.
