The Government, on the request of the Minister for Education and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Education) Order 2024. 2. Diane O’Gorman, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education, is appointed as Special Adviser to Josepha Madigan, Minister of State at the Department of Education, with effect from 22 May 2023 to 22 March 2024.
