The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform) Order 2024. 2. Fiona O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, with effect from 9 April 2024. 3. Deborah Sweeney, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, with effect from 9 April 2024.
