The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health) Order 2025. 2. Stephen Foley, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 23 January 2025. 3. Bríd Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 28 April 2025.
