The Government, on the request of the Minister for Rural and Community Development and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Development) Order 2024. 2. Anne-Marie McNally, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Rural and Community Development, is appointed as Special Adviser to Joe O’Brien, Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Development with effect from 10 April 2024.
