I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. 2. The 3rd day of July 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023) shall come into operation: (a) Part 1; (b) Part 2, other than sections 7, 8, 12 (a), 13 and 14; (c) Sections 32 to 39.
