The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Finance) (No. 2) Order 2024. 2. Sam Griffin, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance with effect from 26 June 2024. 3. Shane Smyth, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance with effect from 26 June 2024.
