The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsections (1) and (6) of section 3 and section 6 of the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (No. 14 of 1975) (as amended by section 74 of the Finance Act, 1976 (No. 16 of 1976)) and after consultation with the Minister for Justice hereby makes the following Regulations: 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (Section 3) (Offences) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986. (2) These Regulations and the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (Section 3) (Offences) Regulations, 1975 to 1985 shall be construed together as one and may be collectively cited as the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (Section 3) (Offences) Regulations, 1975 to 1986. 2. In these Regulations: "the Principal Regulations" means the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (Section 3) (Offences) Regulations, 1975 ( S.I. No. 261 of 1975 "the 1985 Regulations" means the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 (Section 3) (Offences) (Amendment) Regulations, 1985 ( S.I. No. 256 of 1985 ). 3. Article 5 of the Principal Regulations shall be amended by the substitution for paragraph ( ) of the following paragraph: ) fifty pounds in respect of an offence under Section 73 of the Finance Act, 1976 , and". 4. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations as amended by article 5 of the 1985 Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution of the words "fifty pounds, fifteen pounds or ten pounds" for the words "fifteen pounds or ten pounds" in each case where they occur in the said Schedule. 5.
