The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs) Order 2023. 2. Eoin Delaney, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Seán Fleming, Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, with effect from 10 April 2023.
