I, MARTIN HEYDON, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations are the Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds and Restriction on Assembly of Live Birds) Regulations 2025 (Revocation) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 10 May 2025. 2. The Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds and Restriction on Assembly of Live Birds) Regulations 2025 are revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 1 May, 2025.
