The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2025. 2. Ciara Phelan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed as Special Adviser to John Cummins, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with effect from 30 January 2025.
