The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation) Order 2025. 2.
