I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Aer Lingus Teoranta and Aerlínte Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1984. 2. The 15th day of March, 1984, is hereby fixed as the nomination day in relation to— ) the election to be held in 1984 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Aer Lingus Teoranta, and ) the election to be so held as regards Aerlínte Éireann Teoranta. These regulations appoint 15th March, 1984 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 in Aer Lingus Teo and Aerlínte Éireann Teo shall be received by the returning officer.
