I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power vested in me by section 2 (1) of the Wool Marketing Act, 1984 (No. 11 of 1984), hereby make the following order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Wool Marketing Act, 1984 (Section 3 (1) etc.) (Commencement) Order, 1984. 2. The 1st day of December, 1984, is hereby specified as the day on which section 3 (1) and, in so far as it repeals section 12 of and article 1 of the Schedule to the Wool Marketing Act, 1968 (No. 26 of 1968), section 5 of the Wool Marketing Act, 1984 (No. 11 of 1984), shall come into operation.
