The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Finance) Order 2023. 2. Stephen Foley, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister of State at the Department of Finance, with effect from 13 March 2023.
