This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment) (No. 2) Order 2025. 2. Ellen Mc Grath, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Niamh Smyth, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment with effect from 15 September 2025.
