The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration) (No.2) Order 2025. 2. Robert Lahiff, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the office of the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Colm Brophy, Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, with effect from 25 February 2025.
