I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024. 2. The 6th day of March 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023) shall come into operation: (a) section 8; (b) section 12(a); (c) sections 13 and 14.
