The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2024. 2. Laura Mannion, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, with effect from 9 April 2024. 3. Brian Keegan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, with effect from 23 April 2024.
