I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2022 (Revocation) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 April 2023. 2. The Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2022 are revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 13 April, 2023.
