The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Ministers of State at the Department of Health) Order 2023. 2. Corona Joyce, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Mary Butler, Minister of State at the Department of Health, with effect from 21 December 2022. 3. Noel Byrne, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Anne Rabbitte, Minister of State at the Department of Health, for the period from 21 December 2022 to 28 February 2023.
