AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1933 , AND THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1933 , TO MAKE PROVISION FOR CONTROLLING AND REGULATING THE SALE OF OATS AND BARLEY, TO MAKE PROVISION FOR CONTROLLING AND REGULATING THE MILLING OF OATMEAL, TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FLOUR MADE FROM WHEAT AND OATS, AND FOR RESTRICTING THE SALE AND USE OF WHEATEN FLOUR, TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE WAREHOUSING AND DRYING OF GRAIN BY THE STATE, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
