The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment and the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment) Order 2025. 2.
