No. 296/1986 - Oifig an Ard-ChlÃ¡raitheora (Hours of Business) (No. 2) Regulations, 1986 The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig An Ard-ChlÃ¡raitheora (Hours of Business) (No. 2) Regulations, 1986. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1986. 3. The Oifig An Ard-ChlÃ¡raitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 263 of 1986 ) are hereby revoked. 4. The Oifig An Ard-ChlÃ¡raitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1985 are hereby amended by the substitution for article 3 of the following article:— (i) any day which is a public holiday, in which case the Office will be closed, and GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 28th day of August, 1986.
