THE ELECTORAL (DUBLIN COMMERCIAL) ACT, 1930. THE ELECTORAL (DUBLIN COMMERCIAL) ORDER, 1930. WHEREAS by Section 18 of the Electoral (Dublin Commercial) Act, 1930 , it is enacted in effect that the Minister for Local Government and Public Health may by regulations made by him under the said section prescribe any matter or thing which is referred to in the said Act as prescribed or to be prescribed: AND WHEREAS the matters or things hereinafter referred to are matters or things which are in the said Act referred to as prescribed or to be prescribed: NOW THEREFORE the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in him as aforesaid, does hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Dublin Commercial) Order, 1930. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , applies to the interpretation of these regulations in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. The forms set out in the First Schedule to these regulations or forms to the like effect, are hereby prescribed as the forms to be used in the cases in which they are expressed to be applicable. 4. The times and periods set out in the Second Schedule to these regulations are hereby prescribed to be the times and periods in relation to the documents and for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.
