I, JIM MITCHELL, Minister for Communications, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 20 of the Canals Act 1986 (No. 3 of 1986), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Canals Act, 1986 (Vesting Day) Order, 1986. 2. The first day of July, 1986, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the Canals Act, 1986 GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of June, 1986.
