No. 30 of 1977 ) (as adapted by the Fisheries and Forestry (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1986 ( S.I. No. 40 of 1986 )), having complied with the requirements of subsection (3) of the said section 54, and having considered a report made to me under subsection (4) of the said section 54, and being of the opinion that, notwithstanding the existence of any public right to fish in the waters to which the following order relates, it is in the public interest that the order be made, hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Communications, order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Aquaculture (Clew Bay) Order, 1986. 2. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby designated to be an area within which it shall be lawful to engage in aquaculture pursuant to and in accordance with a licence granted under section 54 of the Fisheries Act, 1980 (No. 1 of 1980). All that area of Clew Bay and adjoining waters which is bordered by the high water mark and which is enclosed by a line drawn from the most northerly point of the high water mark at Old Head in the townland of Oldhead, barony of Murr to the most easterly point of the high water mark at Gubbaun Point in the townland of Dooghbeg, barony of Burrishoole, all in the county of Mayo.
