--- Section 1. Section 1.Short title, extent and commencement. --- This Act may be called the Hyderabad State Bank Act, 1350 F, and shall come into force from the date of publication in the 1 [Official Gazette]. [Footnotes] 1. Substituted for the word “Jarida” by the A.P Adaptation Order, 1957. --- Section 2. Section 2.Definitions. --- In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) "Bank" means the Hyderabad State Bank as constituted under this Act and includes all its branches; 1 [(b) to (k) [XXX]] [Footnotes] 1. Clauses (b) to (k) of section 2 were omitted by Central Act 79 of 1956. --- Section 3. Section 3.Establishment of the Bank. --- (1) *The Hyderabad State Bank shall be established. 1 [XXX] (2) The Bank shall be a body corporate having a common seal and it shall have the power to institute and defend suits and other legal proceedings and to discharge all such duties as may be necessary for its purposes. 2 [4 to 28 [XXX]] [Footnotes] *.
