AN ACT TO AMEND THE BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION BOARD ACT 1952 BE it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Bihar in the Sixty one year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short Title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called The Bihar School Examination Board (Amendment) Act 2010. (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Section-10 B of The Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952.—(1) The words "Secretary Human Resource Development Department or his nominee" used in Clause (ii) of sub section-(2) of section- 10 B of the said Act are hereby deleted.
